comment_fic prompt: Any, any, toasting marshmallows 'I like to set mine on fire.'
“Danny, what on Earth are you doing?”
Steve watched, mouth agape, as Danny lifted his marshmallow away from the bonfire - although it looked more like a gooey lump of charcoal now.
Danny blew out the remaining flames and carefully picked the blackened mess off of his roasting stick, before ungracefully shoving the whole thing into his mouth. It was only then that he noticed Steve staring at him.
“What?” Danny asked innocently, “I like to set mine on fire.”
Steve rolled his eyes and chuckled. “Looks like it’ll be my job to teach Grace how to actually roast a marshmallow.”
